About
Our Founder

Kiyena B. Evans

I’m Kiyena B. Evans, a financial professional, wife, and boy mom navigating life in a neurodivergent household.

My husband lives with ADHD, and my youngest son has both autism and ADHD. Walking this journey personally changed the way I see financial planning.

Over the years, I’ve watched families like mine struggle to fit into traditional financial systems that were never designed with neurodivergent households in mind. The advice often assumes predictable routines, consistent executive functioning, and financial decisions made in calm environments.

But many families are navigating therapy schedules, evaluations, school meetings, medical decisions, and emotional exhaustion, all while trying to build financial stability.

That gap is real.

Secure Steps Consulting was created to help close it.

Through structured financial education and consulting, I help neurodivergent individuals and families build financial clarity, stability, and long-term confidence. My work blends professional financial experience with lived understanding of the unique realities many families face.

Because families deserve financial guidance that understands real life.

Helping you feel secure, every step of the way.
